La Quiete is scheduled to play live here in Austin on August 9th. We are very lucky to have a chance to see this band play live. They come all the way from Italy and rarely are able to come to the US. If you havent heard La Quiete make sure and check them out they are a very interesting sounding band and have members that were in Raein

One of my favorite bands is Ampere from Amherst MA. They have released everything from 5" records to 12". They are a very unique band and have decided to release records that are unique themselves with an array of different colors and sizes. Pygmy Lush a band out of Sterling Virginia is playing live Thursday at Trailer Space Records Located next to East Side Pies at 1401-A Rosewood Avenue. The Show will start at 8pm and it should prove to be a great show. Pygmy Lush has ex members of Pg99 and plays two styles of music Pg99 style melodic hardcore and dark folk music.
