    Herzlich Willkommen meine Damen und Herrn. Heute haben wir für euch eine ganz besonderen Radiorundfunkssendung. Wir preisen eine örtliche Musiker aus Bayern an, der hier gerade in Austin sein Austauschjahr macht. Obwohl die Musikauswahl ist meistens auf Englisch ist, sind wir davon überzeugt, dass ihr werdet dass vollkommen genießen!

    Tune in to Video Vocal tonight from 7 to 8 PM as I have local film score composer and DJ Brian Satterwhite of KMFA's Film Score Focus on the show. We will be playing and discussing some of our favorite film soundtracks and getting all cinema-y on the ol' radio.

    KVRX's very own Dialogos Radio, which broadcasts the best in Greek music, news, interviews, and culture to the Austin area and beyond each week, has recently earned a major distinction, as it was among the stations which were winners at this year's Greek Radio Awards.

  • Pledge Drive 2013: Thank you!

    Thank you so much to everyone who donated to our pledge drive this year, which wrapped up last week. It was really successful, and your generosity goes a long way toward securing a vibrant future for independent radio and student creativity alike. It means a lot to get support and encouragement from the community, and we're so lucky to have such cool listeners and supporters.

    On this week's Artist Hour (Saturday, 10 PM) we will be exploring the vast catologue of London's Wire.  Pink Flag (1977) has been called one of the most original debuts to come out of England's punk-scene and have released 12 albums through 2011 and plan to release a new album "Change Becomes Us" in March 2013.
