More bike racks, please

After attending the very first ACL Fest I vowed never to go back; however, given the opportunity by my job at KVRX (and the prospect of free food and drinks in the media tent), I gave in.
It's been a little over a week since I went to the first day of ACL Fest 2007, and what I remember most is looking for a place to lock up my trusty bicycle.
As I walked up to the lacking number of bike racks I heard a cheering crowd and then the piano-chording sounds of LCD Soundsystem. I'm not a real fan of LCD S. I like some of their songs but they're not my game. Yet when I heard those first few beats I was instantly enticed and eager to get inside. What I can say about LCD Soundsystem: God their album sucks compared to their live performance.
I missed out on M.I.A.
Spoon didn't dazzle me and they haven't since 'Gimme Fiction' came out.
Gotan Project (what does Gotan mean anyway?) looked suave and attractive [in that foreigner sense] with their white suits and accordion. They were hipper than I expected and I think I would have enjoyed them more if it wasn't for the sunburned, American-sized, middle aged couples hipping their hips with each others hips.
And apparently if you're a singer named Bjork you can get away with wearing a crumpled, golden potato sack and call it a dress. I had high expectations of Bjork and she met them. She was fun, like flying a kite. I left half-way through even though Bjork was in action. I was tired of seeing the messaging couple to my right peripheral and the boys with an Israeli flag in front of me devastatingly imitating Bjork's singing.
