Austin's noise/experimental scene is a force to be reckoned with and this album proves that. Breathing Problem is a duo that is actually a couple. One of them is Rusty Kelley of Total Abuse fame. This album is emotionally grating and incredible. This whole album feels like an entire city is being destroyed right before your very eyes but you can't look away. The highlights on this album are defintiely the more darkwave sounding tracks, very reminiscent of Prurient and things like that. The industrial tracks are also incredible, giving you the sense of isolation and fear that you need in industrial. It's great to see this coming out of Austin. Fans of Throbbing Gristle, Pharmakon, and anything of that nature should absolutely check this one out.
