Most Christmas music is terrible. Most reggae Christmas music is terrible. Most... not all. For tonight's special 2 hour (10p-12a) segment of WRA, I've filtered out all the midi synths, 80s drum machines, and tasteless vocal arrangements to bring you nothing but the most ital holiday cheer JA has to offer.

Inspired by watching Scratch work his magic in that video clip below, I'll be doing a special 'Scratch and Friends' show tonight from 10-11 PM on When Roots Attack! featuring some of my favorite Lee Perry productions.

What better way to de-stress during the pre-exam hell week than to check this excerpt from the classic 1977 documentary "Roots Rock Reggae" which quickly gets to the soul of that amazing era in music history.
