How long have you been a member of KVRX?

Four whole years!

What's your favorite KVRX memory?

It's so hard to choose! Any time spent in the station, when I didn't have to be there, with my friends, is really special to me. I also remember the KVRX parties that I went to my freshman year very fondly because it was all so new, and I was so excited to be there and be meeting new people. Some moments that stick out to me from those parties are: Alex doing pin drops, making punch in the bathtub (tub juice), and projecting karaoke on the wall.

Best advice for a new DJ?

Show up to everything you can, even if you don't know anyone else who's going! Also join staff/become an intern if you have time, I think it's the best way to get more involved and meet more people.

What degree(s) are you graduating with?

Public relations major and business minor

Have any plans for after graduation?

Living and working in Austin!

What's your current show?

I host a show called K-Indie Hour on Fridays at 7 pm. I play music by independent Korean artists, usually from the last 20 or so years, of all different genres.

Tell us about your final playlist!

My final playlist includes my favorite artists who have gotten me through my teen/young adult life that I've never gotten to play on air. Definitely will be playing a lot of Mitski, Japanese Breakfast, and Mazzy Star.
