Every Tuesday from 2:00 a.m. to 3:00 a.m.
Every weekend in west campus, on campus, and in the central austin area parties end. most people go home and the party is diminished to a few stragglers. The phenomenon of interest is how after these parties end the music never does, but the vibe changes. There's less City Girls and more music that people actually enjoy.
